This review is for Keight Sosnowski. I have had nothing but problems since my rep went on medical leave over a year ago. Somehow Keight contacted me and had every issue resolved in a couple hours. After struggling to even get a callback, let alone resolution, Keight took initiative and ownership of all my accounts. She has restored my faith in Republic Services.
We had not had service since before Christmas. I called many times and was told someone would be out to pick it up. I had to call back several times as no one ever came. The trash tote was heaping with trash and had been sitting at the end of the driveway on a MAJOR highway and I finally sent an email to a guy in Ohio and the trash got picked up that day.
