They've always had inconsistent pick up and bad service. Recently, it's gotten worse. Schedules are not followed. Promises are not kept. No one knows whats going on. No one on my street has had recycling picked up in over a month.
The monopoly that is Republican Services has perfected the art of inconsistent pickups. While the drivers are great and do their best with what they have, the management constantly defends missed pickups, botched schedules and poor customer service. Their new corporate slogan seems to be “You paid for it, we didn’t deliver, so go do it yourself!” When they miss recycle pickups they just say-“well, it’s a free service, so we will get it next time”. At least the drivers are still great people. Cheers to them
Seems odd that their customers are paying and not getting the service they are paying for, all the while if you Google map search of this place, you will see a real nice personal jet at their headquarters. I'll bet that place does not get skipped.
