Ive never had to contact a garbage disposal establishment ever. I’ve called this company at least 20 times in the past 10 years. Missed pick ups constantly. My broken garbage bin disappeared then they charged me. A worker on a truck called my son a monkey. No follow up action was taken cause of course why should it be? My trash days is on Wednesdays and my trash never gets pick up. It took months for the mattress that I toss out to be pick up. You got us fine twice by the city for not picking up our trash.
Do you like having your money taken while being ignored? Choose Republic! I have scheduled a missed pickup every day for the past five days. Customer service reports it “adds a note to the file” and then Republic closes the report about 15 minutes after you call. They repeat this cycle until your next pickup date. So besides being double the price ($80) a month of other waste services in the area, you can expect the customer service to be about 4 times worse.
Can’t even leave a voicemail. They don’t pick up my garbage every time just some of the time no answer why no callbacks pathetic service.
I cant give a zero. I've had to call numerous times to fix multiple invoices for start and stop services. Should be straight forward but never is. Somebody reached out to me after leaving republic a zero review from a survey I was sent. A person called me to apologize and said somebody from accounts payable will call to straighten out their mess. Its been over a week. Haven't heard anything.
