Do you like having your money taken while being ignored? Choose Republic! I have scheduled a missed pickup every day for the past five days. Customer service reports it “adds a note to the file” and then Republic closes the report about 15 minutes after you call. They repeat this cycle until your next pickup date. So besides being double the price ($80) a month of other waste services in the area, you can expect the customer service to be about 4 times worse.
Can’t even leave a voicemail. They don’t pick up my garbage every time just some of the time no answer why no callbacks pathetic service.
I cant give a zero. I've had to call numerous times to fix multiple invoices for start and stop services. Should be straight forward but never is. Somebody reached out to me after leaving republic a zero review from a survey I was sent. A person called me to apologize and said somebody from accounts payable will call to straighten out their mess. Its been over a week. Haven't heard anything. I called the number back and left a voice mail. No return call. I will now be calling customer service to keep trying to fix the mess b... read more
Unreliable. They missed a pickup and I reported it the day of. I have been in contact with their customer service every day since and keep getting told "They'll get it tomorrow" and if not it will be "escalated", which continues to not solve anything. Pretty crappy to not get the service you pay for.
