I cant give a zero. I've had to call numerous times to fix multiple invoices for start and stop services. Should be straight forward but never is. Somebody reached out to me after leaving republic a zero review from a survey I was sent. A person called me to apologize and said somebody from accounts payable will call to straighten out their mess. Its been over a week. Haven't heard anything. Unreliable. They missed a pickup and I reported it the day of. I have been in contact with their customer service every day since and keep getting told "They'll get it tomorrow" and if not it will be "escalated", which continues to not solve anything. Pretty crappy to not get the service you pay for.

They just don't come back if they missed a pickup. I've requested and even checked up on the missed pickup and they would reassure me that we were still on the list to return to pickup. This is not the first time they've missed our trash and probably won't be the last. They just drive right by because they don't care.
Worst service ever. I’ve tried to get my trash and recycling bin replaced for 2 months now and they have yet to do it. I call everyday, spoke to supervisors, multiple staff, and nobody can get it done.
