Horrible service! Wish Bourbonnis had more options for trash! Always missing my cans. Don’t wanna pick up stuff that has fallen outta the cans! Customer service is horrible n long waits!! Not happy. Do better!!!

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received, especially for the bill to be so high! I’ve been trying to pay my bill and cancel services, but you’ve made it a headache. No one seems to answer the phone, so I had to drive 25 minutes to the customer service office, which is ridiculous in itself. I’m disabled, and this office is nowhere near ADA compliant. I’ve had consistently poor experiences with this company. My trash has been missed multiple times, and despite promises to send someone after I called, no one ever shows up. On one occasion, they left my bin claiming it was too heavy for their truck to pick up, but never communicated that until my third follow-up call. Ironically, my husband was able to lift the bin, put it on our trailer, and empty it himself at their facility. They also regularly leave trash scattered throughout the alley. Jacks up bills for no reason and won’t answer their phone, on hold for over 1.5 hour long on a few days and does not respond to customer chats and customer emails. They want to scam peoples bills and get away with it by not answering phones.

Have been trying to get a new bin for weeks. Squirrels have chewed a hole in it and the whole bottom is cracking off. No response they say they will come replace it and never do. I have called numerous times and never get a person on the phone and never get a call back.
