They just don't come back if they missed a pickup. I've requested and even checked up on the missed pickup and they would reassure me that we were still on the list to return to pickup. This is not the first time they've missed our trash and probably won't be the last. They just drive right by because they don't care.
Worst service ever. I’ve tried to get my trash and recycling bin replaced for 2 months now and they have yet to do it. I call everyday, spoke to supervisors, multiple staff, and nobody can get it done.
This company is awful!!! Everything from their fees to their lousy service and awful customer service.
Missed my pickup I reported it they gave me notice to pick up the next day they did not I reported that missed pick up they gave me another pickup day 2 days before my regular day but missed that also. YOU GUYS SUCK!!!
Horrible service! Wish Bourbonnis had more options for trash! Always missing my cans. Don’t wanna pick up stuff that has fallen outta the cans! Customer service is horrible n long waits!! Not happy. Do better!!!
