Wishing we would have read the reviews online before we ever called to get service here. This place is an absolute joke, don’t ever waste your time and money with republic services. I currently have a truck bed over flowing with trash because they keep telling us that they’ll have an extra can out to my house and that they’ll pick up trash at my address 4 times a week. Requested trash service start on July 13 for 2-96 Gallon Cans Today is July 21st- one can has been delivered, NO trash pick ups have occurred. Every single time I call customer service, I am assured my cans will be delivered and my trash will be taken by 6pm that day as well as a call from higher up. Here we are, 8 phone calls later (by me, they never called) and STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Also reached out twice to customer service email, no response.
They constantly knock our cans over and don’t get what they knock out. They also leave at least one of our trash cans full almost weekly. We shouldn’t pay this much for trash to not even be able to fit it all because they NEVER get it all. This has been a problem for months.
It's been a month since our trash bin was washed away by flood waters. I have been told for 3 weeks that a can will be delivered on our next day of service. I've called several times as there has been no communication as to why we haven't received one. During my last call they advised they are waiting on a bin delivery but they can't provide an ETA on their arrival just that "Once we have them you will get one.". I gave them 2 stars simply because they did credit my account for the 4 weeks of no service.
Pay for services, they do not deliver. They lie to you about everything. Worst trash services I've ever seen.
