They constantly knock our cans over and don’t get what they knock out. They also leave at least one of our trash cans full almost weekly. We shouldn’t pay this much for trash to not even be able to fit it all because they NEVER get it all. This has been a problem for months.
It's been a month since our trash bin was washed away by flood waters. I have been told for 3 weeks that a can will be delivered on our next day of service. I've called several times as there has been no communication as to why we haven't received one. During my last call they advised they are waiting on a bin delivery but they can't provide an ETA on their arrival just that "Once we have them you will get one.". I gave them 2 stars simply because they did credit my account for the 4 weeks of no service.
Pay for services, they do not deliver. They lie to you about everything. Worst trash services I've ever seen.
I am new to this area and I am pissed about the awful trash collecting services. If it doesnt fit in your can they won't take it. What kind of service is that. They won't take a Christmas tree, they won't take an old mattress or anything that you cannot put inside your trash can. Plus after your trash is dumped you get to go out and pick your trash cans up off their sides out of your front yard and you get to pay a monthly fee for this horrible service.
