Trash service cost has nearly double after our first year. Customer service is hit or miss and response time for paying customers is slower than when I reached out to neighboring services. Their site/app is very clunky and bugs out occasionally, I dont recommend using their self pay unless you wanna get charged twice on accident. Understanding their invoicing and billing in general is mental gymnastics due to poor itemize descriptions and date ranges. I wish my street had a different option.

Whenever I call the office, they say the Trash pick up is on Fridays. But not once it happened. I found out that trash pick up happens every Tuesday. Additionally, Whenever I scheduled a large pick up, they never picked it up despite scheduling multiple times. I'm not able to talk to anyone responsible and tired of listening to same nonsense from them.

I had repeated troubles with the service, or lack thereof, after moving to my new home, I was directed to the supervisor, Josh Hines. He not only listened, but he took responsiblity for the workers actions, made it right and then went above and beyond by coming to my house each week to make sure my garbage was out and removed by the crew. He exhibited exceptional, outstanding professionalism and customer service! 5 stars for Josh!

First of all they claimed to have delivered my cans when they didn't they came out with the truck and never exited the vehicle. That was one week of waiting to get them. Now on week two they did not pick up my garbage at all. I hate this company and wish I had better options. I had to call the city to get my damn cans! I'm paying for service when I am NOT receiving it!

They do not pick up trash, show up at 3am with the loud garbage truck (when/of they come), and flat out lie about delivering cans once you order them. You have to hound the customer service for a specifically scheduled delivery that is not followed on time. If there is another service available to you: DO IT.
