I am new to this area and I am pissed about the awful trash collecting services. If it doesnt fit in your can they won't take it. What kind of service is that. They won't take a Christmas tree, they won't take an old mattress or anything that you cannot put inside your trash can. After your trash is dumped you get to go out and pick your trash cans up off their sides out of your front yard and you get to pay a monthly fee for this horrible service. Been trying for over a month to get cans and services
Stole my personal cans 2 different times in the past 6 months the first time thay said I had to many cans took both of them never brought new cans I had to buy 2 new cans and then thay took both of my personal cans because I missed a payment I had to pay up 6 months now its been 2 weeks and thay have still yet to return my can or give me replacement ones And thay don't pickup any bulk items you have to schedule a p8ckup that thay never pick up
If I could leave negative stars I would, this is by far the worst service I have had. If they miss your pickup (their fault) and you call they will say that you are scheduled for the next day but won't pick it up, and you keep telling them they will keep saying you are scheduled for the next day but they will lie and have to go an extra week without garbage service that is paid for. I have called 6 times to have a bulk item picked up. They made me 3 different appointments and didn’t show up for any of them. Even with me calling twice on the day of to confirm they were coming. They always said they were coming between __-__ time and always never showed up. This is ridiculous
