Awful. You have to call to cancel your service. I called two days in a row and had to hang up because the hold time was an hour or more. Cant cancel thru the chat function in your online account do to "sensitive information" which is not true. They didnt ask me any questions I couldnt answer over chat. There's a "call me back and maintain your spot in the calling queue" option. I did that once. They called but the phone rang once and they hung up. Criminal. They raise rates without notice. The service is terrible. They literally robbed me. They seem to have a contract with the city, but their pricing doesn't match up. See photo. I disputed charges by this company and they continued service during the dispute (without pay). When I paid my invoice in full they took my bin the following week AND then additionally charged me after my invoice was at zero balance AND I had an "inactive" account. Photos attached.
