If it was possible to give no stars I would. Terrible customer service and terrible company. Called to resolve an issue with fraudulent billing and was told it was resolved on 3 separate occasions.
Missed pickups and still charge full price. Charge for a months use even though you cancelled and they didn't pick up the dumpster. No signed contract, but you are bound by a contract???? Flowers Sanitation was outstanding, but Republic is terrible.
My bill went up $26 for “fuel charges” making my bill 79 every three months instead of $52. I called and talked to a service rep names Tamara and she was very friendly and helped me get a lower rate so my bill would only be $56 a month. She was very helpful and I appreciated it greatly.
Actually 0 stars. Absolutely horrible service. At least 2 times a month I have to request a pick up. Called today to ask for a bill credit and was told they don't credit unless it is over a week. Apparently you have to request service weekly to get them to come like they are supposed to. Why am I paying for weekly service?
