They will not answer the phone! I have been trying for a week to get ahold of someone to add additional services and have been on hold no less than 30 minutes each time before I have to give up and try again later. I will have no choice but to cancel services online and go with a different company.

Amazing company, on time every time.
If it was possible to give no stars I would. Terrible customer service and terrible company. Called to resolve an issue with fraudulent billing and was told it was resolved on 3 separate occasions.
