These guys are crooks. We were loyal customers for 5 years, but they kept raising our bill, especially quickly lately. So I called around and found a different place that would do the same thing for half the cost! So when I called to cancel, they offered to drop by bill by $165 every 3 months!!! If you can do that, then why did you ever raise it? And then they charged me $128 to pick up 2 cans. Insane.

Services keep going up to the point it is unaffordable it will cost me over $1600 a year I am now looking for a cheaper service! Regular 1 can pick up weekly.

They swapped my dumpster at the office without asking or telling. The locking bar mechanism broke. They told me it would cost $17.xx to bring me a working dumpster. LOL I would deliver broken dumpsters everywhere, then ask for $17 all day, too. It's just silly. We are a regular, non-problematic customer.

I absolutely hate going through this trashing company however have no choice due to the trailer court that I am in. Not only does every single representative have an almost impossible to understand accent, but they are all rude, and they just repeat the same thing like a robot. Not to mention every time I have to call about a billing issue their excuses change, one minute they are sending a bill every month and a half, but the next it’s every three months.
