I started service Oct 1 to Jan 1 using there bags service. They rolled over there service for another 3 months with out invoice me. Charged me for a late fee when i didn't even renew there services. Miss 2 of 7 pick ups and stated they were sorry and would be back to get it but never came back. Also I received a collection calls when I did not even get invoiced. Around 11am (on 4/21/16), this company's truck blocked a private drive (the only exit for many people) when it could have pulled forward or backed up to dump several recycling bins. As I patiently waited despite their inconsideration, the man dumping the garbage into the truck glared at me and then aggressively screamed at me, demanding I tell whoever owned one of the bins that it was for recycling.
