I thought my bill was added on my water bill , turns out it wasn't. So I called to see how much it is, but I'm not a mayor, teacher or police officer so I couldn't get a reply back. So I took my business to platform. I dont recommend unless you are one of the people listed above. They like stroking those people off. So if you're a mayor teacher or police officer they will give you all the special treatments.
In my first two months with the company, they missed half of the scheduled pick-ups, gave me conflicting information on multiple occasions, and failed to do what they said the majority of the time. In the year I have had them now, they routinely miss picking up, fail to return as stated when the missed pick-ups are reported, and I observed them driving by the receptacle and not collecting it.
Very bad service! ALWAYS charging for overfilled but it’s never that much filled up anyway

This is the worst company to have dealing with they tell you one thing an do another My recommendation is to find another company for Services in Your area ! My trash day is Tuesday morning break of day light has been for the past three years that I have lived at this address. This past Tuesday my trash wasn’t pick up I call Tuesday they said my day was moved to Wednesday. Ok that’s fine Wednesday came still have picked up!
