The service was set up for one price then after several months the price keeps increasing to where it’s almost doubled. They had me paying a $9 a month fee to switch out the dumpster once a year but when I requested they never switched it out. Their truck broke my asphalt in my driveway but they don’t want to fix that. Not a small section. It’s like 4’ by 4’. Talk to an account manager when it reached $250 a month. The city charges us for trash pick up, but to leave a mess like this is unprofessional. If there was a problem we should have been informed. I sent this picture to the mayor's phone and to the water department.
Took 2 weeks before my trash ever got picked up. I pay the bill every month but don't get the service. So of course I had to put it in more than one trash can. But yet they only took the one with the business logo on it. This is ridiculous!
