The city charges us for trash pick up, but to leave a mess like this is unprofessional. If there was a problem we should have been informed. I sent this picture to the mayor's phone and to the water department.
Took 2 weeks before my trash ever got picked up. I pay the bill every month but don't get the service. So of course I had to put it in more than one trash can. But yet they only took the one with the business logo on it. This is ridiculous!
