Jacob did an excellent job of answering questions about our account and resolving issues we were experiencing with services. Working with Jacob has assured our continued service with Republic.
From the start of the first phone call, Republic has been GREAT! I started with calling Waste Management and it was a waste of time, which led me to call Republic. From getting quotes, communication, answering questions and delivery/service- this company has been AMAZING! 10/10 recommendations! Huge shout out to Jake(rep, for Gordon area)- he was wonderful and beyond helpful!
If I could give less stars than 1 I would. Got lied to in order to get tied into a 3 year contract. Then they keep upping my rates. This company is as dishonest as they come. Currently being forced to pay them but will be canceling when I am able. We currently use Bnb garbage out of Barron. Much more honest and way better people. Also cheaper. Update 6-4-26. Called to end my contract that is up in June and was told it automatically renews. Never received an email notifying me that I had to notify them back in April to cancel... read more
They nickel and dime you for every little thing. Their contracts are unfairly and allow them to raise their prices whenever they want.
New to the area and just received a quote from Republic Services in the amount of $258.15 per quarter. This is ridiculous! It averages out to over $1000 a year. I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone.
