Weak company lazy ass workers. Company clearly needs an overhaul.
We have been using Republic Services for our school district's waste removal contract. Frank Eller has been our contact person for our account, and no matter what the issue may be, he is always available for my phone calls and listens to our needs. He then takes care of whatever the issue may be. Our experience with Republic and Frank has been great; they operate the way businesses should operate---they're available for questions and concerns, and they are dedicated to making it right.
I actually use this service on a business level though my employer. If we ever have any issue or question with pickup or pricing, it is taken care of quickly and without issue. Otherwise, they provide the weekly services we need without worry from us. I would recommend them highly!
Horrible company. After driving over an hour I couldn't dump my trash. Two ton minimum? Phone rep didn't mention this!!!
