Republic overcharges and uses hidden fees for residential garbage pickup (disguised as environmental). They raised my rates 3 times in the 15 months I used them - I paid $95 per month ($286/qtr) for a 60 gallon bin and recycle bin… When I learned about another local garbage pickup service (Green & Clean), I cancelled and I’m so glad I did! But Republic is now charging me $200 for container pickup with another $75 environmental fee and their administrative fee (which they also charged me for using when service started). Analyse is a wonderful rep, always fixes things for me, excellent communication, friendly, and a joy to do business with. Did I mention caring ?
Price gouge when they were the only trash service, was way overpriced! The office is rude and unprofessional. Midwest disposal is way cheaper and more friendly. -3 stars
