Price gouge when they were the only trash service, was way overpriced! The office is rude and unprofessional. Midwest disposal is way cheaper and more friendly. -3 stars

My garbage and everyone else on the even side of our road was skipped. I called and was assured it would be picked up that day or the next morning This was Thursday...Come Friday afternoon called again and was assured it would get picked up. It is now Monday and my Thursday garbage is still sitting there..this is not a reliable service.I understand this is a common occurance here.

I have had several interactions with Annalyse Doria over the past year. SHe has been very attentive to detail. SHe has followed through on the things she communicates and has followed up every time. I so appreciate actual customer service like this! It has been a GREAT IMPROVEMENT over the previous response and attention to detail. Annalyse is to be commended and Republic has definitely been an improvement over the previous waste management we had. GReat job looking out for your customers Annalyse Doria!

If i could leave 0 stars i would. I used republic for years at a business and their trucks always leaked oil on the concrete. I told them about it and still nothing was fixed. I had to chemically treat and powerwash the area due to this. They also constantly jacked prices up without notice when i was on auto pay. Watch out for their auto renewal contracts!! It will cost you a grand to cancel early. Once i canceled and found a new dumpster company for half the price they let their dumpster sit on site for weeks and the genera... read more

Mackenzie has been an excellent rep for our account. She communicated well and went above and beyond to help us get us good service in our small alleyway. Thanks to her, I was able to get set up exactly how we needed it. I would definitely recommend working with Republic based on my experience.
