Their website is not user friendly for payment processing. You can cancel online either. You have to call to cancel services. However, the phone number for McKenzie location just rings and then disconnects. No one ever answers.

We have called and literally begged them to pick up their dumpster and they will not pick it up. They just keep billing us for it knowing our business has been closed and moved to another location. I would NEVER recommend Republic Services to anyone. EVER!! I guess we will be taking said dumpster and dropping it in their driveway. I'm DONE!

Phone line always busy so even when you do have a problem you can't get anyone on the phone

Inconsistent billing, they dont mail you a statement, they dont communicate how to pay your bill. There is no way to communicate with them other than 1 phone number and it never rings or goes through. I've been trying to cancel my trash service for a couple of weeks now with no answer.

I’ve had Republic services for trash pick up for only a few months. However, so far so good! They have informed me via text and email of any delays and have followed through with pick ups. One time I had to submit a request for a pick up that was missed. Brishette contacted me and informed me when it would be handled, and it was! Brishette was friendly, helpful and on top of it.
