Inconsistent billing, they dont mail you a statement, they dont communicate how to pay your bill. There is no way to communicate with them other than 1 phone number and it never rings or goes through. I've been trying to cancel my trash service for a couple of weeks now with no answer.

I’ve had Republic services for trash pick up for only a few months. However, so far so good! They have informed me via text and email of any delays and have followed through with pick ups. One time I had to submit a request for a pick up that was missed. Brishette contacted me and informed me when it would be handled, and it was! Brishette was friendly, helpful and on top of it. I have been doing business with them for 12 years as a commercial customer, every couple of years the bill increases more and more then you call they will lower the price or in my case this time match the other vendor. Well this time I was tired of playing their game so I wanted to cancel and they told me I would need to send in a cancelation request. I did this then got a letter stating I would owe 3 000 dollars in liquidation damages. This is predatory business and I would not recommend anyone do business with this trash c... read more

The minimum fee is way too high. It should be based on your drop off weight.
