Counry forces us to pay for their service, they miss pickups, they will NOT get out of the truck, throw the cans wherever. Half the time dont get everything out of them. I can't stand this service provider. I have begun picture documentation with date stamps. Im tired of paying for a service I dont receive
Been with this outfit a little over 3 years. In my opinion lousy service. They literally pick up when They want to. I have been charged the $1.00 late fee about 5 times. It's clear they only want your money! The service is horrible!
I'd give a lower score if I could. Can't contact anyone. If autopsy messes up you don't get informed, then you jump through hoops to try to contact them, just to find out their phone number doesn't work. Horrible customer service. Destroyed my can, then make me pay for it.
Their website is not user friendly for payment processing. You can cancel online either. You have to call to cancel services. However, the phone number for McKenzie location just rings and then disconnects. No one ever answers.
