They are the worse in customer service. Not very responsive at all to phone or email. After over 20 years of using this company with constant fees increased I cancelled and then paid the 30 dollar container pick up fee. Still owed money from taxes on services I did not receive. This took another phone call to resolve. Very frustrating. They need more people to answer the phones. The continual increases quarterly for services is horrible . in 2 years my bill went from the 80 dollars to over 140 dollars.
Stay away from these guys! They consistently missed pickups, they would over charge me. When I went to cancel services they claim I need to pay 6 month worth of services as a penalty as damages to them. They run a terrible business and are like dealing with the mob.
Missed your pickup numerous times, even after making daily calls for an entire week. Then refused to refund our 3 month pre payment. Would not recommend them to anyone!!!!
