BEWARE of the 3 year contracts. If you think your excellent rate is locked in for 3 years you are mistaken. The rate is only secure for one (1) year. After one year they are allowed to increase rate up to 30% but, you are locked in for an additional 2 years. Just read your contract and do not sign for more than one year at a time. We have no complaints about pick-up though. They have been spot on so far.
When picking up my trash the guy threw my trash in my recycling bin and left the lid open while its pouring down raining, lazy ppl who obviously don't deserve anyone's business
Terrible services, came and took our trash bin without any type of explanation, leaving us with no trash bin for almost a week. Didn’t let us know anything! They argued me down saying it wasn’t them and they couldn’t help me…when all the while it was them that took it. Sad company!!!
Don't use these ironically pieces of garbage services. Ended our services without even saying anything, left my neighborhood full of trash. They even collected cans and dumped trash into people's driveway when they weren't empty.
12-21 On trash pick up day the driver left half the trash in my trash can. I called on yesterday and was told the driver would return to pickup the rest of my trash in which no one came.
