Pick and choose when they take garbage, 2 weeks in a row they've left garbage and said they'd send a truck to get it and haven't. No explanation as to why.

2 years ago they had a trainee driver position which I applied for, they didn't select me. 2 years later I applied for the CDL driver position with 2 years of experience and they still don't want to hire me even though my motor vehicle and background history are clean and I speak English fluently, all of this because of the current political BS and the xenophobia they suffer from when you have a foreigner name. They have come late and missed my can more than once in a 4 month period of having them and i just called to request a pickup and they told me they did not service my address, i went to the website on my trash can...

When i signed up, the told me $32 month..got the first bill, $110 for 3 months. Confused, I called and they said it would never be that high again. Every bill thereafter has gone up. They come when they want, my trash has been out since Friday pickup, no word on when they'll actually show up to get it (bc again they didn't show up when scheduled). They leave trash all over the ground. Its disgusting. Its been a year of run around and lies. Im canceling service first thing Monday morning

Only took half my trash! My can is full again now great customer service too cant get ahold of anyone i dont know what i pay them for!
