It snowed and according to customer service because they couldn't pick up on Tuesday like they are supposed to we wait another week and can't have a credit on the account because it was weather related. Anyone else not able to do a job because of weather either doesn't get paid or gives a credit if already paid like we are. Crap service and Crap customer service.
Someone needs to open another company
Most dishonest company you can possibly deal with. I’ve been trying for three days to cancel my service. I’ve had a 40 minute wait on the phone 33 minute wait on the phone and 22 minute right on the phone. They will not allow you to cancel service online and then they will not answer their phones to cancel service. Please don’t do any business with this company
My contact person for Republic is Dawn Jentzsch. She was wonderful to work with for the renewal of our HOA's service contract. Her patience and professionalism in following up with my questions, and promptly correcting minor discrepancies made the process go smoothly. She is truly an asset for Republic.
We used them for a while then they really started to go up in pricing with no warning. Canceled end of September, was told about a cart removal fee & that the bill for that would be e mailed- It never came. I called to pay removal fee and I spoke with 2 different people that had different fees showing. No one here seems to know how to do anything and there's no communication! I paid $40 to be done with all of it(which at this time was weeks after our cart had been picked up). To this day(now November) they still call wanting... read more
