I use republic trash service and Jennifer is the best!!!
Horrible customer service would not recommend had for 4 yrs. They Send you surveys and then delete it 10 minutes after they send it, so you can't make comments.
Do NOT recommend. Prices are ridiculous. Just called on Jan 7th to cancel my service. They won't cancel my service until the end of the month, and they are charging me over $40 just to pick up the trash cart. Never heard of anything like that before. Would give them 0 stars if I could.
Just got off the phone with their customer service. Their trucks damaged their container but they want me to pay them $40 dollars to replace it. They call it a delivery fee and they say they can charge it because it is in the contract. Must be nice to be able to damage your own property and then charge other people to come and pick up the damaged item you caused. Beware of their terms.
