At times it’s busy and difficult to park / back out of assigned spaces. When I have a question sometimes I get a polite response and other times I encounter a grumpy guy who must hate his job. Last time I got the grumpy man. Sigh.
At times it’s busy and difficult to park / back out of assigned spaces. When I had a question - I received a polite response. No bad attitude detected. Cardboard bins have stairs but it is hard for elderly people to carry arm loads of items up the steps. In the summer and fall be careful when tossing aluminum cans in the bins, yellow jackets are not the official Welcome Wagon greeters!
Republic Services refuses to “allow” us the privilege of renting bear proof garbage cans because we “are not located in a bear area.” See attached photo for reference of the “non bear area” we live in. Switching to Grizzly Disposal and never looking back.
The guys who pick up are GREAT! They will even come into my driveway if I forget to take my container out. But, the company is just out to scam you for money. They add lots of random chargers to your bill & when you call, they won't explain what the charges are for. I am switching to a different company to not get ripped off. UPDATE: Customer Service contacted me; explained what happened on my bill; and credited me the extra amount. Don’t close your doors before the posted time if you want free material. Not a good business move. Get it together. Rather use the Axmen. Opps of your part. Hence why I switched to Grizzly Disposal. Your corporation is a dieing breed. Good luck!
