The trash was reliably picked up. But the price was always creeping up and customer service is terrible! Expect to be on hold 40 minutes. Expect to overpay. Expect a $63 charge to return your bin if you switch! You can take it to them, but the location will be an hour away. However, if you call and complain you can roll back the increases and reduce some fees. Be sure to get a name when you call or they will reneg. Republic is an annoying company and not worth the hassle. The actual garbage men-fine.
Just called to have old trash can picked up and returned to company. It is there trash can. Sandra in sales stated that they won't pick their old trash can because I don't have a current account with them and they have no record of dropping off the trash can. She also said that I can not speak with a manager because I am not current customer. I will never be a current customer.
