As a customer from over a decade of business with Republic Services, the customer service provided has gone away. They have implemented AI into their billing and customer service Refuses to waiver from the decision while looking at the photo with their own two eyes. We try to keep a local preference, but have been unable to do business with this company any longer.
Received my bill this year (beginning of Jan) and it had went up over $100.00 for the year. I pay my bill for the entire year every year. It was $20 more per month then all others. They offered to lower it. It is March 6 and they still have not credited my bill but they’ve suspended service and charged me fees for service interruption. I cancelled service today!
