We moved to the area two years ago and have not had any issue with our garbage service. I appreciate that they communicate well by email/text about delays or changes in the pickup schedule. I love their online services and auto payment. When setting up service, the young lady I spoke with was so friendly and efficient. She helped me feel welcome to a new area.

I have used republic for two years.. there were no issues.. until this year. I have tried to resolve an issue.. I have wasted 3 hours of my life.. been switched to the wrong dept.. hung up on and been treated very poorly by a supervisor. There was even one representative that gave me false information including the new price of my bill. If you have the ability to choose another trash company do it. Look elsewhere. 0/10 do not recommend.
They failed to pick up my waste on December 1st. Called and left message that afternoon and never received a call back. Left a grade on this website and when I received an email was promised a pickup. Also called on December 2 and was promised pickup that day or the next. Didn't happen. Sent an email on December 3 and was answered on December 6 and was promised pickup. Hasn't happened in two days. In no communication they've had with me have they fulfilled their promise. Trash. Literally. Consecutive missed pick ups and all you get is excuses. How hard is it to pick up trash ? Another job ai will take over.
