Easy to use and very friendly staff.
If I could do Zero stars that’s what they truly deserve! Very disappointed of their service! First their price so expensive. Second why do we have to pay for their gas. Third they’ve missed my trash pick up, idk how they forget. Fourth they are so aggressive with my trash bin! Fifth hire someone that speaks English! This company needs to shut down or find a new owner
We moved to the area two years ago and have not had any issue with our garbage service. I appreciate that they communicate well by email/text about delays or changes in the pickup schedule. I love their online services and auto payment. When setting up service, the young lady I spoke with was so friendly and efficient. She helped me feel welcome to a new area.
Getting someone on the phone is like pulling a tooth! Customer service 👎
I have used republic for two years.. there were no issues.. until this year. I have tried to resolve an issue.. I have wasted 3 hours of my life.. been switched to the wrong dept.. hung up on and been treated very poorly by a supervisor. There was even one representative that gave me false information including the new price of my bill. If you have the ability to choose another trash company do it. Look elsewhere. 0/10 do not recommend.
