Awful recycling service. I called 6 times for lack of scheduled pick up. Finally canceled service. Pathetic.
Absolutely awful billing department and customer service. We pay for an entire year in November every year and every year they send a bill mid year and stop service due to nonpayment. I always try to call to clear it up before service interruption but it takes hours to get through and then when I do I end up getting disconnected 90% of the time taking actual days or weeks depending on my schedule to clear up the issue. Our can has also been damaged for months and makes it so smells leak out but they refuse to replace it even... read more
How crazy is it you asked to cancel your account and then bout year later you find out they didn't and now you have to pay for services you didn't even use I'm not paying you scummy people
I'm not a customer,but some neighbors use their service. I saw a truck recklessly speeding through our neighborhood, then slowed and turned, and sped off past a lady walking her dog. She threw her hands up. No regard for the speed limit. There are pets and children in and around these streets. Slow down.
Lazy lazy lazy. They will spill trash all over and just leave it for you to clean up.
