We have both trash and recycling service for this company. Over the last 4 weeks not once has either service been picked up on time. Recycling was every other Monday. Last week the week was switched but I guess they haven’t decided which week it is as the container still sets down by the road and I think this is Thursday ? The story I get is they are short drivers because of vacation time ? Well plan for it, that’s what a good managed company does but this isn’t a good managed company.
Absolutely the worst customer service. Been trying to cancel for 2 MONTHS and each time they tell me the account is closed. Only to be hit with a $300 bill that has never been adjusted.
Not good. Quite frequently late, sometimes by a day or two. And now I received a text advising that to "improve route efficiency" they "are making a permanent change to my recycling schedule" and then advised me to have my bin available today, which IS my normal day. So what's the scheduling change? I called their useless foreign customer service person who helpfully advised the bin would picked up today, driver is even already done. I don’t understand why this company only has 2 stars for reviews? I recently went to the landfill to drop off some things from a storage unit and lumber from a job site. I was greeted with a friendly attitude and outstanding customer service, I spoke with a nice lady at the weigh station and another person (Barry), they were extremely friendly and helpful! Place sucks misses trash days weekly than tells us to be patient. Nah tired of you guys not doing our entire road than when you do you launch the trash cans across the road. You guys suck on residential and commercial. Why we don't use your services at work either
