Trash wasn't picked up on the September 4 2026 I at 430pm called and they said it would be picked up in 45 mins and it's still wasn't picked up, it's normally picked up at 7 am and checked my account I was still billed, I have camera footage to prove it was never picked up
I have been a Republic Services customer for 20+ years at 3 different addresses. I used to be able to talk to a person in the Marshall office when I called. Now I have to call an offshore call center! There’s a delay so we continually speak over each other. Very frustrating. Our recycling was not picked up last week. The container has been at the curb for over a week. I called Monday, I was told it would be picked up Wednesday. At 4pm it still had not been picked up so I called back. Should say closes at 4:15 online. Drove 25 minutes out of my way, showed up at 4:28 with my bed full of an old fence that would’ve taken me less than 5 minutes to get rid of. Lady wouldn’t let me dump it. Waste of gas and waste of time.
I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Scheduled delivery for 2 containers on July 24th, didnt show, called every day until we finally got one container delivered on the 30th, then the first missed pickup. Had to use the chat (which is a joke) because they dont do phone calls after 5pm. Was assured this time which is now August 4th that my second container would be delivered within 24-48 hours. Come home on the 7th to find one full container that they did not pickup, and two more containers in the driveway... holy cow... I... read more
I been with republic for some time now. It started out with a miss pick up here or there. Normally I can get online and the trash would have been picked up the next day but since probably the beginning of 2026 I don’t want to exaggerate but now it’s at least once or twice a month with a missed pick up. I got online a handful of times because they said the driver was still in the area but all the neighbors trash has been removed already.
