Men keep blocking our driveway with our neighbors bins after several requests not to do it.
Always helpful..
Republic Services are completely useless. If for whatever reason they fail to pick up the recycling, it doesn’t matter how many times you notify them and request a rescheduled pick up. Their (polite but utterly impotent) customer service will tell you that “it will be picked up tomorrow”. Tomorrow comes and…tumbleweeds. Their tactic is to delay/ postpone/ forward messages on to supervisors until a week goes by and it’s time to put the bins out again. Clever really, especially given their monopoly.
Been waiting for my green can to be picked up for 3 days. We've called several times and get a different lie each time. Government regulations and a monopoly, hope you get DOGE'd. Most worthless bags of feces ever.
Kathy needs to take a sensitivity training course. She is rude and condescending. When I asked her to help with my with my account, she let out a huge sigh and started talking to me in very slow manner. Very unprofessional.
