Terrible service. No one answers the customer support phone number after 20 minutes on a weekday morning and then the system hangs up on you. They miss our house repeatedly. The website says they will come back out, but they just wait until next service day. They treat customers in the country like they don't matter, but still charge ridiculously high rates. If I could get ahold of someone who would help, I wouldn't need to leave a review on here!

I would like to thank the people at Republic Services. (I forgot the nice women's name) who had helped me. Who was able too get our time moved up for drop off for dumpster rental. I appreciate them for moving some stuff around in order for that to happen. I as well like to thank the men or man who's dropping dumpster off. Although there was some confusion and miscommunication about the drop off time. Thank you again, for all that those who helped make it happen at republic services. I live in a rental, so I forget if RS pick up or WM, will save number since it's RS. I called WM since they the first to pop up on Google after about 15min of trying to get connect to a human I gave up, their system doesn't understand. I called RS and after 2 min I got an actual human to speak with. She answered all my questions. Spent 3 min on phone with them got what I needed. Customer service for RS is great. 2nd time talking to them and getting the results i needed. WM Customer service sucks!
