I am updating a previous review as service has improved as well as safer driving practices. There are still a few areas of improvement such as dropping cans and leaving them in strange places in road etc. and not emptying completely, but overall much improved.
Mandi has been so helpful for scheduling multiple seasonal dumpster rentals and is always responsive and friendly! The website is easy to schedule pickups and automatic calls let me know when service has been completed.
We have had an extra dumpster for years. Heidi Good has made our personal experience affordable, stress free and fun! No joke--Heidi Good really is GOOD!! Thank you so much for having such knowledgeable, hard working team members!
Why would I give my "trash" service a 5 when they are "batting" 2.7? Because they were surprisingly responsive to my email complaint -even when I might have had it wrong! Thank you C.Peterson and generally for the folks who help us with essential service.
Next to impossible to close an account on sold property. Frustrating as you can only call your local county office to cancel service but they never answer the phone. Been on the phone for over an hour multiple times. Update... been on the phone now for 80 minutes, been transferred 3 times to incompetent people who still cannot help and now getting transferred again. WORTHLESS COMPANY.
