Republic Services chose well when they hired Heidi Good. We have had issues with the services but Heidi has made things right and does a great job.

Never answer the phone!!
Republic services in Summit County never answers the phone or emails. Ive been trying to transfer service and always get passed back to the Summit County office. Never once have they answered the phone or returned a call. So now I'm stuck with being unable to transfer or stop service. They also randomly have a "Non container unit" that they have been charging me for and no one can explain why or remove it from my account. They constantly miss pickups in the winter. My recycling can got damaged from the driver who picked it up. I called and told them what happened and they replaced it the same day. I very much appreciated it.
