I am extremely disappointed with the lack of organization and coordination at this landfill. The wait times are consistently unreasonable, and there seems to be no efficient system in place to manage the flow of trucks. Drivers are left waiting for long periods without clear communication or direction. Many of us travel from far distances to deliver loads, and the delays show a clear lack of consideration for our time and schedules. Rating one star only for staff’s polite behaviour⭐️. Because google doesn’t allow us to give negative stars or rating. After scale house, hell starts. 1. Unexpected wait time from last few weeks. Time is money. We use electronic log book. Only have 11 hours of drive. Have to take this into consideration too. 2. Other drivers waiting in staging area starts yelling and swearing at each other because of frustration and waiting.

I do not recommend working here ! My girlfriend was racially profiled today by the manager on shift and or boss , his name is Brian. Today was her second day at the job, first day meeting Brian . Her first day the supervisor told her she did amazing better than the people who been working there a week. She came on time both days , very respectful and dependable worker.
