Bill is constantly incorrect. Getting our local representative Abby to respond is impossible. It takes her months to fix any issue and you have to email and call her non stop, which I don’t have time for to get your bill fixed. Now been waiting since first of August for 5 months of incorrect bills to be fixed. Isn’t the first time. I guess they just hope you keep paying them more and get tired of messaging and calling. She had us redo a contract to fix it and still being billed wrong.
I am so tired of this company. They have missed picking up my trash about 4 times. I pay my bill every three months like I am supposed to and here lately they are not doing there job. Every time I call they say we have to wait until Monday and sometimes that don't happen. I don't like having trash bags piling up in my house because it's not picked up. I been told wait until 6:00 pm if it's not picked up then call back. Well guess what nobody is there. They aren't reliable....
I don’t understand the reviews new to Mocksville and they have been on time always pick up trash and are pretty cheap much better than my parents trash company gfl who always miss my parents garbage wish they would move to Davidson as well
Sucks!!!!!
Recycle trash can was dumped in the ditch...again. We make sure to NOT put the cans near that area.
