Not only is this the umpteenth time I’ve had to call to get someone to come back out to pick up my trash again because they didn’t take it on trash day but this time my trash lid was left wide open and raccoons tore into it. It rained in the container and it’s so heavy I can’t move it. I’m 5 month pregnant. I set this trash can out to be picked up the night before pick up day. I was out of town. I absolutely HATE this garbage service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place likes to increase prices by $10-$20 without neither a notice nor explanation. BSS was way better, even though they sucked too. With BSS, my trash service was $54-$55/month. Now, it’s over $70/month AND they charge a $35 late fee! Which is more than some banks! When all they have to do is not pick up your one can in a community of cans😒
Do not go with these lies I'm on disability and on fixed income and they said my bill will be 336 every 3 months and I get my first bill 485$ and they didn't even give me 30 days to pay it
I'm switching my trash pick up service as of next week this company will no longer receive a dime from me took over 10 days to receive trash cans after paying and only to pick up trash 1 week and then no other day such a shame I need my trash picked up on the day specified in contract I'm not waiting good bye p.s. if you call the automated service it hangs up even if you click leave a voice mail wtf
I am contacting better business Bureau about them. I canceled my service yet they refused to collect my bin and they continue to charge me I worn them if they charge my credit card one more time then I was going to contact a lawyer and here we are steer clear absolute garbage company Generic contact us response.
