I'm writing this review as I sit here on my phone for over 1 hour to cancel my overpriced residential service. It's pretty ridiculous that you guys cant have better customer service. Never using this poor customer service company again.
Was not bad when we started in 2020. Since 2023 to now my bill has gone up $30 per billing cycle (2mths), $180 just this year (2025-2026), it has doubled since 2024, which they gauged another $30 per billing cycle. Therefore, it has gone up almost $400 in two years. Crazy. Will never recommend them. On top of it to cancel my service I waited on hold for over 15mins...and I'm probably still waiting.....
Prices ket going up monthly. When i started with republics services they were the best price all around. Now they are price gouging us hard working Americans!
Im missed the driver last thursday and the driver NEVER EVER came back. Worst of all NO one speaks fluod english.
Worst customer service ever….
