Do not recommend. I have had them under 2 years and I have had to call almost every 2 months to report missed pickups. Its so bad that the operations manager told me they are short drivers and just wanted me to wait until the next service day. Apparently their lack of hiring drivers is my problem. Or their consumers. There are other companies thay offer the same services at the same cost. Save yourself the trouble.

10 year customer because cancelling is made difficult and you must do it at the end of a quarte. There are no pro rated refunds, though they have no problem sending extra invoices out in the middle of one if they think fuel prices have increased. Repeated missed pickups with no refund, costs 2x-3x times their competitors. Fuel surcharges on top of the fees. Service has only gotten worse as costs have skyrocketed. Excessive surcharge to pickup their bins when you do cancel, along with more fuel surcharge fees. Would give a ze... read more

We ordered a dumpster for our office clean out and service was exceptional. the container was placed exactly where we wanted and removed on time. Our driver was great and made sure we were happy with where the container was placed.

Went 6 weeks this winter without recycling being picked up. Finally had enough with it when our trash went 3 weeks without being picked up. Filled online missed picked up form but no pick up. No pick up during the week ever happened despite assurances from customer support that it would be made up.
