Refuses to provide service and refuses to refund the money for the services they refuse to provide. They're thieves.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have not picked up my trash in 3 weeks. Despite constant calling and two special pick ups. So in total they have not picked up my trash 5 times in a row. I have now changed services and they are not picking up the can for a month. Their customer service is awful. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. The end up being a few dollars cheaper then other company’s but if they don’t pick up, what’s the point.

Do not recommend. I have had them under 2 years and I have had to call almost every 2 months to report missed pickups. Its so bad that the operations manager told me they are short drivers and just wanted me to wait until the next service day. Apparently their lack of hiring drivers is my problem. Or their consumers. There are other companies thay offer the same services at the same cost. Save yourself the trouble.

10 year customer because cancelling is made difficult and you must do it at the end of a quarte. There are no pro rated refunds, though they have no problem sending extra invoices out in the middle of one if they think fuel prices have increased. Repeated missed pickups with no refund, costs 2x-3x times their competitors. Fuel surcharges on top of the fees. Service has only gotten worse as costs have skyrocketed.
