I can not say enough good things about Republic. The cost, the manager of our account, the service is all excellent. Bry is always looking out for ways to save money for us and so helpful when we have a question or need something. I highly recommend Republic!

Pick up is always on time and great. The employees picking up garbage aren’t the issue. I asked for LESS pick up times. Because I’m a VERY small business who didn’t need every 2 week pickup. They have CONTINUED to charge me for months now!!!!!!!! I have several emails ASKING THEM TO CHANGE IT!!! They agree then kept charging me. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Get it together. Stop charging people for things they ASKED YOU TO CANCEL!!!!!

This will be short. The guys out doing pick up have been great! No issues. The problem is in the office. I have been on a roller coaster ride with quarterly payments from year to year, quarter to quarter. I will just include a photo and you can see for yourself. The $175.78 was the clincher!

When I canceled my service, I paid an amount that was given as a final bill. I then eceived a credit balance bill of $86.30. Soon after I got another bill for $137.59 for them to come and pick up their trash and recycle carts @ $47.19 each with an extra administrative fee of $5.95 and fuel/environmental recover free of $37.26. That is a steep price to pay after being a customer with them for so long! Just know if you ever cancel your service, your last bill is never really your last bill even if they say it is.
