I have to deal with your Momence Illinois location. Which has a one star review and is pissing off everybody in this area. Call center staff speak English as a second language. Well, speaking English is a stretch. Language barrier made it impossible to get a simple answer. All I wanted to know was what day garbage pickup is at our new house.
I have used Republic for my Printing Company since 2011. Great Bi-Weekly pricing & customer service was top notch - my rep was Bry & she was very responsive. Highly recommend Republic
Just moved. I called 3 times to exchange to bigger garbage cans. I was told that we have the biggest size. I told them, they are the smallest but was told that I could not get them. I saw 2 of my neighbors had the bigger size and asked them how they got them. They both told me that I would have to call 5 or 6 times to talk to the right person.
