I have used Republic for my Printing Company since 2011. Great Bi-Weekly pricing & customer service was top notch - my rep was Bry & she was very responsive. Highly recommend Republic

Just moved. I called 3 times to exchange to bigger garbage cans. I was told that we have the biggest size. I told them, they are the smallest but was told that I could not get them. I saw 2 of my neighbors had the bigger size and asked them how they got them. They both told me that I would have to call 5 or 6 times to talk to the right person. A Republic truck was driving down the road littering a copious amount of garbage as it drove. The net that is supposed to prevent the trash from flying out was ripped and damaged. You couldn’t even make out the license plate number. The truck number was 3114. They need to sideline this truck till the proper repairs are made if they have any regard for the environment. It was a disturbing site to see.

They are very inconsistent regarding residential recycling pickup. However if you pay your bill late they're sure to ding you. If they miss a pickup they do not offer you an automatic credit. The employees seem nice. Republic Services bought a local company called Joliet disposal which was a family owned and operated business. Well guess what now you have to deal with the big machine. On the residential trash side well they seem just fine doing that
