I'm not sure why zero stars isn't an option, because one star implies they are actually providing some level of service, which they are not. We signed up with Republic to be our trash collector when we moved to our new house in Apple Valley four weeks ago. They have yet to pick up our garbage on the designated day. Not sure if it's taxes and such for the reason? But 04'-05' my annual garbage bill went up 15%, 05'-06' 19%, 06'-07' 17%. Other than that, I love them. Never forget me, never complain or charge more if I have extra bags on the side. Very happy with their customer service. But because of these increases, I'm shopping around.
