They are absolutely awful. They do not answer calls, tried 4 times before someone answered and told me they only accept emails and they won't return emails. I need to have them pick up a dumpster to avoid being fined by the city and they refuse to do it for 60 days even though I offered to pay them. Trying to avoid a fine by the city and they could care less. If it was possible to give them a negative review I would
Don’t use this company. They lie. Told me it would be $300. Now they’re saying I owe $700. Parasites.
I have absolutely never had worse service with a trash company than with these jokers. Just like all of the other reviews on here, we’ve been skipped for weeks. I’d love to take all of my trash that’s piling up and drop it in their headquarters parking lot. Extensive hold times with little to no results. Promises made, promises not kept. Unreliable after or near a holiday. I have been skipped to my next weeks pickup 2 times this year alone. After calling in several times, they say my trash will be picked up that or the next day. Never happens. I even get a notification from my app that says a pickup is scheduled for that day. Lies, lies, lies. Reputation is everything. Looks like Republics services are in the trash.
Scammers rip you off by charging to pick up a trash can that they don't tell you about. They just make up billing for you if you leave them. DONT USE THEM GO TO DOLLS!
