If I could put zero stars I would. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, not even just a trash service. Not professional, does not do the job AT ALL, will leave your trash sitting at your house for weeks on end with NO RESOLVE. Terrible customer service and overall just need to shut their company down. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO BETTER!
Failed to pick up trash 2 weeks in a row. I do not recommend their services.
Unreliable after or near a holiday. I have been skipped to my next weeks pickup 2 times this year alone. After calling in several times, they say my trash will be picked up that or the next day. Never happens. I even get a notification from my app that says a pickup is scheduled for that day. Lies, lies, lies. Reputation is everything. Looks like Republics services are in the trash. I always get missed pickups even though my trash cans are out. They were suppose to pick up Friday then was told Tuesday, now today. Let's see if it actually happens. DO NOT USE THEM. I am looking to switch. This is not a first time or second.
They are absolutely awful. They do not answer calls, tried 4 times before someone answered and told me they only accept emails and they won't return emails. I need to have them pick up a dumpster to avoid being fined by the city and they refuse to do it for 60 days even though I offered to pay them.
