Our ministry has contracted with Republic Services for several months now and have never had a problem until this week when someone parked in the driver's pathway to our gate. He could not get around them so he was not able to pick up as scheduled. Our wonderful driver came right back today, however, and picked up the dumpster. D.J. is his name. We are in downtown Jackson, MS and want to give accolade and a big "we-appreciate-D.J. shout out to Republic Services today.
I was in a HORRIBLE situation with Waste Management because of their UNSCRUPULOUS invoicing practices and had to break away from them ASAP. I reached out to Mike Bowling with Republic Services and he was totally transparent with me, gave me a VERY competitive rate, and guided me in the steps I needed to take to breakaway from Waste Management. Mike went above & beyond....thank you!!
