Guys, let me tell you… in 2025 there is NO REASON that you can’t have a website that allows existing customers to easily transfer/modify services from one address to another. They drive customers away with poor customer service, then try to charge you for picking up "their" bin when you cancel. Refuse to pay this ridiculous charge. Good riddance Republic.
A fraudulent company that continued charging the card on file even after the service was canceled.
If you like careless drivers causing property damage in Kalamazoo, then have damage claims ignored, you should definitely sign up for their service. Would leave zero stars if possible.
Republic Services has been a wonderful service provider in our area. Their drivers are also wonderful people. Today, we filled our yard waste container above the typical level. It spilled when it was lifted by the truck. Driver came down and collected all. When the driver coming back after going around the neighborhood, driver noticed more grass clips on the ground and recollected all. I want to apologize for our mistake and, in the meantime, appreciate the quality or your service and the honesty of the particular driver.
