The year has seen a noticeable improvement in communication and service responsiveness. We appreciate the new efforts to take care of our business needs timely. We are a commercial customer of over 20 years and the level of service we are now receiving is completely unacceptable. THIS IS A REVIEW ONLY OF THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SYSTEM IN PLACE, not the actual pickup services. Guys, let me tell you… in 2025 there is NO REASON that you can’t have a website that allows existing customers to easily transfer/modify services from one address to another. There is NO REASON you can’t implement a virtual assistant that can actually help take a customer from point A to B. I’ve been ON HOLD for a total of 1+ hours over 6 different phone calls. They drive customers away with poor customer service, then try to charge you for picking up "their" bin when you cancel. Refuse to pay this ridiculous charge. Good riddance Republic.
A fraudulent company that continued charging the card on file even after the service was canceled.
If you like careless drivers causing property damage in Kalamazoo, then have damage claims ignored, you should definitely sign up for their service. Would leave zero stars if possible.
