Poor service no proper action, they did not deliver my trash can for 5 weeks every time I call them keep scheduling new request.. they don’t figure out why did the previous request not fulfilled by the driver… if this Friday it’s not delivered I will bring my garbage to one of the republic office and dump it in their trash bin… I don’t have no other option.
They raise your rates until the bill is out of control. I called to cancel and they try and charge you some $75 trash can pick up fee. Good luck there, see you in court.
This company will raise your rates dramatically during your contract and tell you there is nothing you can do about it as you are in contract with them. They charged us 5 times more than LRS and other companies. Terrible customer service and they did not return my calls for over one week as I tried to head them off on a new contract start date. They finally called me after the new contract started and said it was too late now. Avoid these people like the plague!
Call ANYONE else before using this company They ROB small local businesses
This company is the worst. They raise prices on small businesses without warning, knowing that garbage pickup is way down on the list of priorities for most owners. Do not use them.
