Worst services ever. I was taking to my neighbor tonight about how 50% of the time our trash can is never emptied more than 50. %. Here is a picture of our can after today. I wish I could go elsewhere.
Never delivered my trash bin, keep harassing me for money and won't deliver me a trash bin until I pay them $200. How does that even make sense. Why would I pay for a service that was never rendered??
Republic bought my previous company and my rate went up twice in a year and the service was not reliable. I canceled the service and they were supposed to pick up my containers over a week ago. They never did. I have called service and they promised the containers would be picked up. I have called the number they gave me every day for over a week now and never got a return phone call. I cannot get anyone to take ownership of this issue to resolve it. STILL WAITING REPUBLIC!
HOW is this "company" still in business?!? I've been trying to get curbside service at my residence and NOBODY HAS ANSWERED THE PHONE IN 2 WEEKS!!! I get a recording with a callback option and never a call back. Somehow they have this area monopolized and I'm looking for other options. Not a very promising introduction to the community.
