HOW is this "company" still in business?!? I've been trying to get curbside service at my residence and NOBODY HAS ANSWERED THE PHONE IN 2 WEEKS!!! I get a recording with a callback option and never a call back. Somehow they have this area monopolized and I'm looking for other options. Not a very promising introduction to the community.
Tried to call to purchase an extra can for recycle and trash - trying to GIVE them my money and I was on hold for over an hour the three times I tried. Switching to a different service. When you’re NOT the only game in town, try to have some sort of customer service aspect that’s respectable.
I was a commercial customer of Republic Services, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite having a service agreement, Republic’s pricing was never consistent for more than a few months. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I recently moved into a house and started trash service with this company. It took two weeks just to deliver the bin. They charged me $75 for the bin, but my property was never added to their route, so my trash was never picked up even once. When I called to cancel the service due to their mistake, they then charged me another $73 just to pick up the bin. I was never serviced, yet they still took my money. Absolutely horrible company. Took 2 weeks to deliver a trash bin, charged me $75, and never picked up my trash even once because my address wasn’t added to their route. When I canceled, they charged another $73 just to pick up the bin. They took my money without providing any service. Avoid this company and find another option.
