Fabiola Lopez is amazing. She helped me to find the right services and matched the price to the competitor's conditions or even better. And, the best part was her quick return calls or emails whenever I had questions.
Our company have been using Republic Services since 1998. Their office staff and especially their drivers have given us the best service. No matter the weather, short holiday weeks, snow or rain or extra needed pickups, they never let us down. We also use their “Container Roll Off Service” which provides us with much needed help in remolding and clean up time to time at a reasonable cost. Republic Services is a much needed business here in Chicago !!!
This company is a joke. They totally scam you. The prices have been going up from steadily from $160/month to almost $600 this month. They charge you a fuel fee of $132 each month and $190 if they find trash in the recycle bin! There is no way for property owners to police trash cans that sit in an alley and anyone can throw bags into. Yet, they expect you to do exactly that! Look elsewhere. Republic Recycling provides daily service to our commercial office building for regular and recycling compactors along with construction waste removal. Republic is very responsive/timely to our requests.
Leak & Sons Funeral Homes have been with Republic for many years. Recently we felt that our business was being taken for granted . Ms. Petra G. stepped in and we now know that our account matters to her! What a professional.
