Loud as hell. Comes and works in a residential neighborhood in odd hours.
Their trucks come into residential neighborhoods at 5 in the morning every Wednesday and wake everybody up.

Pickup has been timely and consistent. I live in a large rental area where there are always move in/move out waste overflow. These employees pick up EVERYTHING. Today I was behind a truck driver who got out and manually moved someone's can so it could be emptied (the dumb residents parked on the road and blocked their own can). The driver still smiled and waved as I passed, like it was no big deal.
DO NOT USE THEM!!! if you have the option to go with someone else do that. I hade 2 new cans that got picked up by mistake. I called they replaced them with used unwashed cans that stank. I had to just deal with that. then one of them got broken. I then had that one replaced and the brought me one with baseball size holes drill all in the bottom. any trash liquid just pour straight on the ground bringing flies roaches and critters to the house to tear into the trash and try to eat it.
