unreasonable rates, to "BIG" to negotiate and be competetive
On 2 separate occasions recently I contacted this office because garbage was being left in my garbage can. I was told both times that it would be recollected, which never happened. I subsequently filed a complaint with the Supervisor of Grand Island and they contacted you. You were supposed to call me to discuss the problem but this never happened. You undoubtedly have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with.
