This is an amazing company, and the employees really go above and beyond to ensure great customer service. Can't really speak on other people's past experiences but the leadership team that is in place now is doing an amazing job. If you have a trash emergency this would be my first call.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! WE HAVE BEEN LOYAL CUSTOMERS TO THEM FOR 10 YEARS (PAID OUR BILLS ON TIME AN NEVER COMPLAINED UNTIL NOW). They have missed multiple pickups for 3 consecutive months at our commercial business and will not credit our account. They say its not documented in their system although I've called several times. They tried to blame me for their mishap. IT'S THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO DOCUMENT COMPLAINTS AND SCHEDULE PICK UPS. Have used this company for years, still have them. It's a hassle for sure. Dealing with them now on a situation, its like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. EPA is our next call.
