I've lived at close to a dozen different addresses over the years, using several different garbage and recycling services. I've never experienced such bad service in my life. I'm a paying customer. I've never missed a payment. Trash and recycling pickup isn't cheap. Pickup times are all over the board from early morning to late afternoon. Since moving into my new house in 2021, these guys have broken two of my trash bins. They pick them up and toss them carelessly in front of my driveway, blocking my car. I’ve had to stop in the middle of the road multiple times to get out and move them just so I can park. Trash bins are expensive, and now I’m stuck with two large bins that don’t have lids, because they broke them. Called to get a quote on residential services as my neighbor who shares the same lane has their service. Advised they do not have residential services and this individual is grandfathered in. So basically, they are driving this huge trash truck past my house and all the way down the lane, refusing to add an additional customer. Doesn’t bother me so much because I am a consumer who can go anywhere else… but… it just doesn’t make good business sense… which would concern me if I were already a customer.
This is the worst trash service ever. They are overpriced and do a shitty job. I'm stuck with them because the township I live in makes us use there trash service. They just up my bill $80 a quarter. I do have to pay for 2 because of my other apt. How ever my tenant is an older man and he puts out like one small bag a month. They often leave trash behind, and make a mess in the alley.
