Called before I went to confirm I could actually do what I wanted to do-discard a PU truck bed full of "Cleaning Out The Attic Fixin' To Move" type clutter-in a word: Bulky. The lady I spoke to on the phone was rather terse and filled me with dread to deal with. Have never dropped anything off here before using our once a month free service. We are moving and leaving the city and did not have one our bills on hand printed out because we literally have nothing in our home at the moment. Informed us that everyone should have a printer and be able to print something. They refused to accept any of the screenshots provided to show our active and paid mlgw account.
