They don't pick up my trash????? I pay for this service and they just don't empty my can. I don't get it. Then, good luck trying to find a local human to speak with. I got people in Arizona and Kentucky that could not help me. The office is in Elyria but I can't get a person in Ohio. This is pure BS
I work for a service company that has paired with Republic for years. Every interaction with them has been positive and we've appreciated working with them!
Overcharged us and added fees multiple times and when disputed refused to remove the charges. Terrible customer service.

Piece of crap company..always in a hurry..dropping the can where I didn't leave it..dropping trash in the street..being Natzis about a few non re cycle items in the recyclable bin..is ridiculous..they have an easy job..get paid a ton of money and don't do a good job at all.SMH Suddenly..enforcing the obscure rule of only 6 bulk items on trash day ..took 2 small cardboard boxes..lid to a box..couch and 2 cushions on it! Lazy workers get paid a lot to barely work! And you think I care about recycling..start paying me for that!... read more
