I want to shout out two employees from Republic Services, Mark and Jordan (didn’t get last names), for helping with a situation the other day on W. 37th St. in Lorain. My family and I are very thankful for them for helping us, and I hope this message can be passed along to them!
ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE with Angela Schuster (Account Manager) and their truck crews for our waste disposal. We have 262 Condo Units and Republic has provided GREAT SERVICE for more than 15 years. THANK YOU Angela and ALL.
Never credited me my $50 deposit. Charged $75 per can delivery, delivered a month late. Charging another $150 for me to cancel. Haven't had them but a month, and between delivery, pickup, and whatever bs charges they want $409 You can get a dumpster cheaper, with rumpkee.
Angela Schuster had been the best account manager I have had with Republic Services. She always responds quickly.
⭐ 1-Star Review – Avoid Republic Services at All Costs Republic Services continued billing me for over two months after I SOLD my property, despite me notifying them by email on August 20, 2025 and providing proof of sale. They acknowledged my notice but did absolutely nothing for months. Their internal incompetence is not my problem — yet they tried to make it my problem by continuing to send invoices and now even attempting to charge a container removal fee.
