There WAS a time I would have given 5 stars, but now that they are a "Republic Services" owned company, Republic's billing and customer services leaves a LOT to be desired. I have been with AW for many years... NOW, over a $20 misunderstanding, Republic saw fit to send me a letter, stating that "despite several attempts, our requests for payments have gone unanswered."
