Horrible service. Im supposed to billed quarterly. I have had to pay every month since September 2025. I called them and they're telling me the invoices Im looking at are incorrect, but they're the ones listed on their site. I told then to cancel services and they want to charge me well over 100 dollars per can to pick them up as well. Im filing a small claims against them. This is theft at its best. Stay away stay away stay away. I wish I can post a picture of my invoices for everyone to see.

Their website don't work they have missed four times picking up my trash I think it's time to get another trash company

I don't know what's happened to RS in the last couple of years but they have gone down hill. We've had them for over 10 years and its really just been the last couple of years that they've been terrible. They are no longer customer oriented but have become money hungry. Even if you call and let them know reasons for being late and the exact day you plan on paying they will say ok on the phone but afterwards send you something saying your service has been suspended and you will now have to pay a late fee and a fee to re start... read more

Very upset. Only been with this company 2 WEEKS and both weeks the driver is very careless and I’ve had to go out and pick up trash out of my yard every time. This time he dropped a WHOLE TRASH BAG. Now again I have trash all in the road and now my driveway and yard.

They consistently pick up some of the trash, but not all of it 🤷‍♂️ Update: Yes - it's pretty frustrating to pay for a service that consistently fails to deliver it's promised value. Please feel free to pick up the trash. Don't forget to pick up the trash. I look forward for you to pick up the trash . Updated: new day - same garbage service. Keep it up!
