Very upset. Only been with this company 2 WEEKS and both weeks the driver is very careless and I’ve had to go out and pick up trash out of my yard every time. This time he dropped a WHOLE TRASH BAG. Now again I have trash all in the road and now my driveway and yard.
They consistently pick up some of the trash, but not all of it 🤷♂️ Update: Yes - it's pretty frustrating to pay for a service that consistently fails to deliver it's promised value. Everything in there contract is just a money grab. Be careful when signing anything with them. Twelve Month Contracts that Auto Renews, 60 day cancelation instead of 30, Ridiculous high fuel charges. Don't stand for it, make them amend it or go elsewhere.
Abysmal rates with poor service. If you get a dumpster they will quote a price and then upcharge you over $100 despite being low on weight and turning it on time.
