First time dumping a dump trailer at this location. Scarlett was beyond great at the scale. Explained everything and seemed to enjoy being there. Hard hat and vest required for dump trailer unloading. Didn’t know that. Little confusing and hectic for unloading as when you get up there, no signs or guidance exist so I was definitely confused where I should unload. This company lied to me. It snowed at our house. I was told no pickup because of the snow, ok. The next 2 days it was 55. No pickup. I was promised a Saturday pickup, 4 days late. The overflowing can is still here Sunday night.

Went to hell and back trying to pay my bill after xmas talked to someone said 250.00 for my bill then a week later pick up my cans ok but spent 2 days calling to pay bill finally able to pay on lin then had to wait 24-48 hours then couldnt get through waited on hold literally for an hour talked to 3 different departments, so i waited a week been on the hold and on the phone with them since 10:45 its literally 11:38 and still on the phone with them the lady on the phone gave me 3 different reinstatement fees adding up to anot... read more

I have called multiple times (at least 15 times) and no one will answer the phone. Whats the point of having a phone, or even being in business if you can’t answer a phone to assist customers.
