I have called this company multiple times to pick up their dumpster that was used by the previous business owner. I am given the runaround about how the previous owner has to call, which also has been done multiple times. They are holding up a renovation job because of the location of the dumpster. It is to the point I will have to take legal action to get this thing removed. Do not use this awful company.
The problem has been taken care of. There have been no further issues with this business. As promised, I have deleted my previous 1 star comment and now giving you 4 stars. You guys are really striving for 5 stars though. Thank you for handling the previous matter.
I’m a new customer. My new trash can was dropped off almost 3 weeks ago and no one has come to pick up trash yet. There is almost 3 weeks of garbage stuffed into my garbage can. We have called multiple times to get the situation resolved and every time we receive the same response. “It will be taken care of tomorrow”. Except one time when they said “we have employees threatening to to walk off the job or going strike.” I fail to see how any of this is my problem. This organization sucks and is a rip off. My service day is regularly skipped including yesterday. Week of 1-13-25 and my trash pickup is skipped again. Republic Services of Forest City are a bunch of crooks.
