Beware! Do not choose this trash service! I could go on and on about how terrible this place is! Upon me cancelling because of the high service charge, they are charging me $95 to pick up my trash cans!
My business account rep Joel Stein⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ HUGE difference in service since I was able to get Joel for 3 of my properties! Communication ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ helpfulness⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ when I first met Joel he was just stopping in to check on service (that’s right he STOPPED BY another⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) he said what’s your honest opinion on our service I asked him if he really wanted my opinion and I as an unhappy customer explained all my problems across all 4 of my sites. Joel Stein is an excellent rep he stops in at least once a month making sure we are satisfied with everything and if we have any complaints or questions. Our trash is picked up every Friday and have no complaints.
Republic Services has outstanding service and rates are reasonable.
Safe, friendly reliable. Cant ask for more than that!
