Horrible customer service! I keep my dogs waste in a sealed 5 gallon bucket and place in the trash every other week... came home to this disaster! They need a more customer friendly crew!!! I will never recommend them! Especially for an HOA neighborhood! 🤦♂️🤦♂️😡😡
These people are horrible! The most non-customer service oriented company I ever dealt with in 69 years! Two phone calls with real people and three after hours phone messages in 3 days. Nothing happened, not even a phone call back!
