Terrible customer service. Our account manager Shalanda Pierson will not return calls or emails after trash pickup being 5 days late and still not picked up. It was supposed to have been picked up on Thursday- snow was plowed and the dumpster was easily accessible to the driver. I called on Friday and they said it would be picked up by 6pm. Still not picked up. I called Monday and they said it will be picked up by 6pm. Still not picked up. Now it is Tuesday and they are avoiding my calls and emails. Extremely rude and unprofessional driver. She came up to me threatening to call the police because I was filming her truck. The Monroe County Sheriff personnel confirmed that what I was doing wasn’t illegal. She was way out of line. Please take disciplinary action to prevent these situations from happening to others in the future. This occurred on 12/24/25 @ ~4:52am with your driver on truck #2420 from the Bloomington IN yard. If I could take stars away to be negative, I would. I had this service forced on me when the company I used transferred me to Republic. I'm quite lazy so it took some time to finally rid myself of this trash (pun intended) service. They replaced my can with a can with a wheel that fell off every week. The price is way to high compared to what I paid before. I just tried to cancel my service and had two customer support people leave the chat mid conversation when I asked why the auto pay system attempted to take money twice. ... read more
it's ridiculous that I come home to my trash can knocked over trash all over my yard and not picked up because one it was knocked over by the driver or two the wind knocked it down which I highly doubt because it was full and heavy. You guys need to get it together. I'm highly upset
Bad service they didn’t pick up my trash when I called to tell them to come back they never did!
