Horrible Company. They will act as if they can service your address, take your prepayment, and continuously delay container delivery. They then call days later to let you know that they cannot service your address. It’s beyond ridiculous! If you cannot service an address, DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT. I feel like that should be relatively obvious. This company is beyond unethical. DO NOT CONSIDER HIRING THEM

Agree with all the other reviewers who have given Republic the one star (or less) they deserve. Some examples: Won’t accept cash when their internet goes down. C’mon. Gladly charge $32 each visit regardless of size/weight - but only explain their fee structure after you’ve unloaded. Rude. Bottom line: go with someone else.

DO NOT USE THIS TRASH SERVICE. Republic Services is genuinely the worst company we have ever dealt with. In order to cancel our service, we were on hold for OVER THREE HOURS and kept getting transferred from department to department. They make it almost impossible to end your service and intentionally make the process difficult and frustrating. On top of that, after ending service, they said they can’t even pick up the trash cans for almost THREE WEEKS and are charging us $105 just to remove them. I have never heard of a com... read more

I would consider the cost of service are not economically friendly. To start up the services, they charged for the waste and recycling bins, approximately $100. To cancel the services, they also charge to take back the waste and recycling bins, approximately $100. To call the customer service, have to wait on hold for over 48 minutes.

Fast and friendly service, it’s one of the cleanest dumps I’ve seen… though I have never seen another one
