I am consistently impressed with my trash and recycling service from Republic Services in Springfield, Illinois. The crews are the definition of hardworking – they're out there every week, like clockwork, getting the job done right. On top of their reliability, they're always so courteous and friendly. It's a tough job, and I want to extend a sincere thank you for the amazing work you do to keep our community clean. Your efforts are truly appreciated!
Absolutely horrendous experience. Ordered service 3 weeks ago and haven't gotten any containers. When I asked if I could pick them up myself and drove out to the office, the office was closed even though they told me they'd be open and available. It's a scam of a company that takes your money and runs. If there was any other trash company that serviced our area I'd be throwing my money at them.
Missed my trash seven or eight times in three months
Brittany was amazing to work with throughout the renewal of our service agreements—her help was truly appreciated.
